Team Leader- Home Manager

The individual who fills this position demonstrates that he or she is capable of carrying-out the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the overall needs of the homes.
  • Coordinate necessary transportation for consumer's appointments.
  • Manage and assist with direct care of consumers in the home.
  • Shop for necessary home items.
  • Work with staff and Housing Montior to address concerns, issues, and scheduling.
  • Cover staff shifts on short notice.
  • Share 24/7 on-call responsibility with the Housing Monitor.
  • Schedule, attend, and execute meetings as needed.
  • Assist with other duties as requested by the Housing Monitor and/or Director.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
  • Must be able to exercise sound judgment

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Working telephone
  • Possess a valid Michigan driver's license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • Possess reliable personal transportation.
