Finance Assistant (Part-Time)

The individual who fills this position demonstrates that he or she is capable of carrying-out the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Prepare billing statements
  • Process purchase orders
  • Process accounts payable
  • Process credit card purchases
  • Communicate with vendors as needed
  • Prepare vendor information for tax preparation
  • Process petty cash ledgers
  • Process employee reimbursement records and payments
  • Support Payroll Specialist and CFO

Skills

  • Preferred experience with QuickBooks
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft programs
  • Must be able to work in high volume environment
  • Possess organizational skills and customer service skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must have H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • Working telephone
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • Must obtain all required trainings of Taylor Life Center/Consumer Services, Inc.
  • Must obtain all required trainings of all contracted PIHP(S)
  • Flexible part time hours
