Receptionist (Full-Time)

The individual who fills this position demonstrates that he or she is capable of carrying-out the following roles and responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the overall customer service for the office. 
  • Responsible for phone calls, referrals, and ensuring that all consumers and visitors needs are met.  
  • Must train and follow-up with required office procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Keep Clerical Supervisor informed to any concerns and/or emergencies that may affect the organization.
  • Responsible for office manager’s request and ensuring they are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Present a professional manner to the public, clients and all other agencies as necessary.
  • Provide great customer service to anyone they come in contact with at the office.

 Required Skills 

  • Must be able to work in high volume environment.
  • Possess organizational skills, and phenomenal people skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Experiences in medical facility is a must

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Must have H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
  • Working telephone
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • Must obtain all required trainings of Consumer Services, Inc.
  • Must obtain all required training of all contracted PIHP(S)
