Receptionist (Full-Time)

The individual who fills this position demonstrates that he or she is capable of carrying out the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensure phone calls are answered professionally, timely, and redirected accordingly
  • Responsible for providing great customer service to anyone you come in contact with at the office
  • Ability to present a professional manner to the public, clients, and all other agencies as necessary
  • Facilitate all necessary form procedures to address all needs of the consumer
  • Maintain an orderly office environment
  • Must be able to maintain appointment lists for all associates, which includes rescheduling as needed and printing daily schedules
  • Maintain records of all scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled appointments accurately using the proper EMR procedures
  • Enter client data on the computer as procedures identify, including documentation of all communication from consumer on a daily basis
  • Insurance verification of client appointments including verification of current authorizations

 Required Skills 

  • Must be able to work in high volume environment
  • Possess organizational skills, and phenomenal people skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Experience in a medical facility
  • ‚Äč18 years of age or older
  • Must have H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
  • Working telephone
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • Must obtain all required training of Taylor Life Center/Consumer Services, Inc.
  • Must obtain all required training of all contracted PIHP(S)
