Roles and Responsibilities

  • Projects a favorable image of the company to promote and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all of its areas of endeavor
  • Monitor and assign case transfers by completing the required documentation and track communication with the assigned clinician
  • Work with the billing department, supervisors, and clinicians to maintain the process for handling difficult insurance verifications, issues in HBAD, and monitoring the consumer authorizations
  • Review billing tickets for accuracy and completion and send to the billing dept.
  • Monitoring productivity reports
  • Monitor compliance with the clinician’s unit utilization/authorization according to the level of care
  • Manage the access timeliness process including data entry and providing reports
  • Manage case transfers and discharges
  • Audit consumer charts by checklist
    • Monitoring of annual checklist compliance
    • Monitor demographic accuracy
    • Monitor correct reporting procedures including DD Proxy, CAFAS, health and other conditions, MMBIPS, BHTEDS
  • Participate in meetings, including clinical meetings and all other meetings as determined by your supervisor
  • Actively participate in quality improvement processes

Qualifications and education requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Working telephone
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Pass all regulatory checks
  • Must obtain required annual corporate trainings
  • Possess reliable transportation
